Reach Us on Any Policy Matter

If you have a question about these terms, want to request a copy of the data we hold on you, or need to dispute a policy decision, our legal and compliance team…

Legal Email Write to our legal team at the dedicated policy address listed in your account settings. Include your registered mobile number and the specific clause or data category your query relates to for the fastest response.
Live Chat Support Our in-account chat is available around the clock. For legal or policy queries, select the 'Account & Policy' category so the conversation is routed directly to a compliance-trained agent rather than general support.
Formal Written Request For data access, correction or deletion requests that require a written record, submit through the in-app 'Data Request' form. We generate a reference number and track every step until the request is closed.
HOW WE HANDLE YOUR ACCOUNT

Security, Data and Your Account Controls

Every aspect of how we collect, store and act on your account data is documented here.

Data Handling

We collect only what is needed to run your account: name, contact details, payment identifiers and session logs. No data is sold to advertisers. UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transaction records are retained only as long as required by applicable financial regulations.

Cookie Controls

Our cookie banner lets you accept, reject or customise tracking at the point of your first visit. Essential cookies needed for login and session security cannot be disabled, but all analytics and preference cookies are fully optional and stored for no longer than 12 months.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number is available on all accounts and is prompted during any new device login. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic temporary lock and an immediate SMS alert to your registered number.

Retention Schedule

Active account data is held for the duration of your account plus the statutory retention period required by Indian financial law. If you request account closure, non-statutory data is deleted within 30 days; transaction records are retained only as long as legally required.

Who to Contact for Changes

To correct a name, email or phone number on your account, submit a request through the in-app 'Profile & Documents' section. Identity verification is required before any change is confirmed, and you receive an email confirmation once the update is applied.

Third-Party Disclosure

We share your data with third parties only where required by law, where a payment processor needs it to complete a UPI or PhonePe transaction, or where fraud prevention tools require it. We never share data with unrelated commercial partners without your explicit consent.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions

The questions below address what we hear most often from account holders about their rights, our data practices, jurisdictional access and how to act on a legal request. If your question is not covered here, the Legal Contact Paths section above shows you the fastest route to a direct answer.

Access depends entirely on the laws applicable in your specific state or region within India. Where local law permits online gaming, you may open an account. We recommend checking your local state regulation before proceeding, as rules differ across Indian states.

We collect your name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and the payment identifiers tied to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account. We also log session activity and device information to detect fraud and protect your account from unauthorised access.

Submit a data access request through the 'Data Request' form inside your account dashboard. We issue a reference number immediately and deliver a full data report within 30 days, in line with applicable data protection standards for accounts operating under Indian jurisdiction.

Yes, you may request deletion of personal data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation. Transaction records tied to UPI or Paytm payments are retained for the statutory period required by Indian financial law; all other personal data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed closure request.

Any material change to our terms is notified to you via an in-account dashboard alert and an email to your registered address at least seven days before the change takes effect. This window gives you time to review the revised terms and decide whether to continue using your account.

Payment data — including UPI references, Paytm wallet identifiers and PhonePe transaction IDs — is shared only with the payment processor completing your transaction and, where legally required, with regulatory bodies. No payment data is passed to advertisers or unrelated commercial partners.

On confirmed closure, non-statutory personal data is deleted within 30 days. Financial transaction records are retained for the period mandated by applicable Indian financial regulation, after which they are securely destroyed. You receive written confirmation once deletion is complete.
