Account Security

Your password is stored in hashed form and is never visible to our staff. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

Data Retention

We retain transaction records, including UPI and Paytm deposit logs, for the minimum period required under Indian financial regulations. Account data is purged within 90 days of a confirmed account closure request.

Access Requests

To request a copy of your personal data, email our compliance desk with your registered account email and a valid government-issued ID. We aim to fulfil data-access requests within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Correction Requests

If any personal data we hold is inaccurate — name, date of birth, contact details — you can submit a correction request via live chat or email. Verified corrections are applied to your account within 7 business days.

Terms Change Notices

When we update these Terms & Conditions, we post the new version on this page and send a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, wherever operationally feasible.

Yes. These Terms apply to every account holder who accesses megainplay where local law permits. If your local law restricts or prohibits access, you are not permitted to open or use an account, and these Terms reinforce that obligation.

We aim to give at least 7 days' advance notice by email before material changes take effect. Minor editorial corrections may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date means you have accepted the revised Terms.

If your account is suspended pending a verification review, funds already deposited via UPI or Paytm are held in your wallet and are not forfeited. The resolution process is set out in Clause 11, and our compliance team will contact you by email with next steps.

Email our compliance desk from your registered address with a subject line of 'Data Access Request' and attach a copy of your government-issued ID. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and fulfil the request within 30 calendar days.

We may close an account if we identify a breach of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or access from a jurisdiction where local law does not permit it. Clause 13 sets out the full list of closure triggers and the appeal process.

Disputes are addressed in accordance with Indian law to the extent that applicable local law permits. Clause 14 specifies the governing law, the jurisdiction of competent courts, and the steps both parties must take before formal legal proceedings can begin.
